Pairing/Sync Instructions
- Forget your old Bluetooth connection in your Bluetooth settings on your phone
- Place both earbuds in the charging case and let it charge for at least 1hr if the battery is low
- Open the lid of the charging case with your phone unlocked, the setup animation should appear. If not, follow step 4.
- Open the lid of the charging case and hold the setup button for 10-15 seconds until it flashes white indicating pairing mode
- Go to your Bluetooth settings and select the Powerbeats Pro 2 to successfully connect your earbuds.
